The cost of living in Greece is relatively low. Moreover, students may be able to apply for certain Master’s degree programmes with no tuition fees, such as those offered by the prestigious National Technical University of Athens, among others.

According to international rankings, the top universities of Greece are the National Technical University of Athens, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the University of Crete, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Patras.

The International University of Thessaloniki is the only Hellenic public Higher Education Institution (HEI) that offers all Master’s degrees in English.

Athens and Thessaloniki are the main student cities, but Crete island also offers great opportunities to study, as three HEIs (University of Crete, Technical University of Crete and TEI of Crete) campuses are based on the island.

And of course, while you are here, you must explore Greece’s beautiful beaches, towns and cities!
